How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local provider. That is a concrete business in your area, not someone from Sebeiti Concrete. We make the introduction and then step back. The provider handles the questions, the visit, the quote and the work.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a friendly, practical chat. The provider will likely ask about:
- What you want to build and about how big it is
- Where it will go and how the ground slopes
- What is there now, such as old concrete or grass
- When you hope to start
They may offer a site visit and a written estimate. You can end the call at any time.
Questions to Ask Before You Sign
Ask before you sign. Here are good questions, what a solid answer sounds like, and what should give you pause.
- Can I see a written estimate with the full scope? A good answer lists size, thickness, base prep, finish and cleanup. Be wary of one number on a scrap of paper.
- How will you handle drainage? A good answer mentions slope and where water will go. Be wary of a shrug.
- What if the weather changes the plan? A good answer covers rain, heat and cold. Be wary of promises that weather never matters.
- Are you licensed and insured where required? A good provider shows proof. Be wary of excuses.
- What does your warranty cover? A good answer comes in writing.
Other red flags include a large cash deposit, pressure to decide today, and a stranger offering leftover concrete at your door.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider is not a promise. Compare two or three. Take your time. Costs vary by size, site and finish, so ask for a written quote and read it closely. You decide if and when to move ahead.
