Sebeiti Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Lovejoy area with independent providers who build new driveways, patios and other concrete flatwork. If you run your own concrete business and want calls from homeowners who are ready to talk, we would like to hear from you.

This is not a job with Sebeiti Concrete. You stay independent. You run your crews, set your prices and choose your jobs. We do not promise a set number of calls, because demand changes with the season and the weather.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for contractors who:

• Focus on new residential concrete, such as driveways, patios, walkways and stamped concrete patios
• Serve homeowners in or near the Lovejoy area
• Hold any license, bond or insurance your area requires
• Enjoy explaining the work in plain words

Our homeowners are often first-time buyers and a bit nervous. Patient providers do well with them.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to this site for honesty. So we ask every provider to:

• Give written estimates with a clear scope
• Be upfront about timing, weather delays and what the work includes
• Answer calls and follow up in a respectful way
• Avoid high-pressure sales tactics
• Refer repair-only requests elsewhere, since this network focuses on new projects

Providers may pay a referral fee for connections. Terms are shared before you join.
